This means your publicly listed business information (company name, product catalog, MOQ, lead times, certifications, and contact details) may be accessed and processed by third-party AI agents acting on behalf of potential buyers.

By creating a supplier profile on ImportUSA.net, you consent to your public business information being made available in agent-readable formats. You may contact us to opt out of AI-readable profile features.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
